Le PasSage

Le PasSage is a gateway to a world where different culinary traditions meet, and flavors come alive. Inspired by the vibrant cultures of France and Southeast Asia, our name reflects both the journey of discovery and the playful surprises that make life enjoyable.

Brought to life by French-born Dallas restaurateur, Stephan Courseau, Le Passage joins the sophisticated and cosmopolitan feel of Mr. Courseau’s other neighborhood restaurants — Le Bilboquet, Knox Bistro, and Georgie — where the food and atmosphere marry to create a warm inviting, and memorable dining experience.

Located in the iconic Terminal, the restaurant showcases the visionary design of architect Michael Hsu, known for his renowned work on Uchi and Uchiko. Like the legendary Orient Express, the space combines Western elegance with Asian charm, inviting guests to a unique sensory experience.

Guided by Michelin-starred Chef Bruno Davaillon and our highly esteemed Culinary Team, Le PasSage offers a dining experience that is both refined and welcoming. Our goal is to blend the bold flavors of Southeast Asia with the classic techniques of French cooking, creating a menu that is innovative yet comforting.

Le PasSage invites you to join us for a culinary adventure that celebrates diversity, the joy of discovery, and the pleasure of sharing good food.
